Therapeutic Integrative Massage is the one massage I offer,

as it can be a combination of a large number of styles.

I focus on meeting the person where they are, talking about what they need

and want to accomplish in the session, and can then use many tools in order

to provide a highly effective, relaxing session.

Making the most of your bodywork session

preparing for your massage

Please arrive about 5-10 minutes early.  Relax and get comfortable.  Use the bathroom if needed.  Please inform us of any health concerns or issues you are having, to ensure your own well-being and benefit.

during the session

Take time to relax and get comfortable.  Breath and simply be in your body.  Enjoy the experience.

After the massage:

If possible, immerse yourself in peaceful environments, around people or places that make you feel good.  The key is relaxation.

Drink plenty of water to rehydrate cells and muscles.

Do not exercise intensely, the day of your massage.  Instead, take time to let your body rest, as much as possible.

Treat yourself to self-care and doing healthy things that feel good to you.
